Just a Note from Cathryn...
We opened Radiance Salon & Spa in November 2003. I am not a Service Provider, but I thought the Salem/Keizer area needed a spa that anyone could go to, get pampered and feel that they were at "home". At Radiance we have the most amazing Service Providers, all are dedicated to their profession, they are passionate about what they do, and it shows. We are located in a wonderful building, where we have over 4,000 square feet of room, we have 10 styling stations, 5 nail stations, 2 facial rooms, 3 massage rooms, a hydrotherapy/shower room, 2 pedicure thrones (but we're working on more), and a whole lot more. We are one of the first spa's in the State to receive our OLCC license, so we can offer our (21 and over) guests a glass of wine or beer, we also have a full espresso bar, so you can sit back and enjoy a latte while having your services.

Reservations -
Scheduling may be done at the Salon, or by phone at 503-393-6800. We recommend that you schedule appointments for multiple services or spa packages at least 2 weeks in advance. We must charge a $50 reservation fee for all spa packages, if you need to reschedule, please call 24 hours in advance. If you "no show", you will be charged $50 off your gift card or it will be charged to your credit card.
Check-In -
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first treatment to ensure your full service. By arriving early, you will be able to relax and have time to complete the necessary in-take forms.
Please remember, that if you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened and full service price will be charged.
Gift Cards -
Radiance Gift cards make an ideal gift for any occasion. Gift cards may be purchased for any dollar amount and may be used for any of our services or spa and salon products. For your convenience Gift Certificates may be purchased online at our website www.RadianceSalonSpa.com 24 hours a day. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Children-
Children are welcome at the salon while they are receiving services. Please allow your child to stay with another child care provider while you are receiving services, so both you and other guests can relax while receiving services at the spa.
Pricing -
All services start "From" a base price. There are several factors that could increase this, such as extra product used, length of hair and the Level of your Service Provider. Our Level System isPerformance Based. It is our way of recognizing and compensating our Service Providers for meeting specific goals. Once these goals are met, the Service Provider "Jumps" to the next level. This is how they receive promotions and pay raises.
Level pricing does not apply to spa packages. You may check to see what level a provider is at on our Service Providers page.
Gratuities-
Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. They should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services
Complimentary Beverages-
Enjoy a drink from our espresso bar or a glass of wine (for those over 21) or juice while experiencing our spa. Complimentary for those receiving services, a minimal fee to those that are visiting.
